These Terms govern your use of FactoryList. By using the product, you confirm that you have authority to upload materials and manage the factory profile for the business you represent.
FactoryList provides AI-powered video generation and factory landing page services for source manufacturers. We do not guarantee inquiry volume, video performance, or platform ranking results.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated text, subtitles, videos, translations, public profile fields, and contact details before publishing or sharing them. Do not use FactoryList to create misleading, infringing, illegal, unsafe, or platform-policy-violating content.
Credits are consumed when upload processing or video generation starts. If a generation or processing job fails because of a system error, FactoryList may automatically refund credits or manually restore them after review. Payments are processed by Creem. Subscription credits, one-time credit packs, taxes, chargebacks, and refunds are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
FactoryList may suspend public pages, downloads, or accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms. The service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, search ranking, sales leads, or social-platform performance.
