Privacy Policy

FactoryList helps source factories create profile pages and AI-assisted video content packs. We process the information you provide only to operate the product, generate content, keep accounts secure, provide support, and improve reliability.

Uploaded factory videos, pasted text, contact screenshots, generated videos, captions, account information, usage logs, and payment events may be processed by our infrastructure and subprocessors. Please do not upload customer lists, contracts, invoices, employee identity documents, bank details, or other sensitive personal data.

Main service providers include Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Google Gemini for AI extraction and generation, Replicate / MiniMax for text-to-speech, Google Cloud Run and Cloud Tasks for background processing, Creem for payments, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Crisp for support chat on logged-in product pages.

Your uploaded content is used to analyze your factory materials, generate requested assets, display confirmed public factory information, provide signed downloads, and troubleshoot failures. It is not used by FactoryList to train general-purpose AI models. Where a third-party AI provider processes content, we rely on that provider's business/API data handling terms.

Public factory pages only show information that a factory Owner has confirmed and published. Private files and content packs require membership-based access and signed, expiring URLs.
